Kingdom of Belgium Territorial carbon footprint (Bilan Carbone® Territoire) of Belgium and adaptation of the method in order to integrate the impact of GHG emitted by goods consumed on the Territory (regardless of where they have been produced). The modified carbon footprint is 10 times higher that the national register of GHG emissions, and the consumption of manufactured goods represents in itself more than 50% of the emissions of the Territory. 2008
